Financial advisors benefit from complimentary basic life and AD&D coverage, as well as access to a 401k retirement plan and tax-advantaged accounts such as health savings and flexible spending arrangements. The company also ensures that advisors have flexibility in their schedules and, where necessary by law, are entitled to paid sick leave and vacation time.
Compensation:
We acknowledge the significant time and effort it takes to build a business, which is why we have launched a new financial advisor compensation program. This program is structured to support and reward your progress as you develop the skills, processes, and business practices necessary to thrive in our client-centered business model. The updated financial advisor compensation program includes initial training compensation, supplementary salary for up to five years, commissions, and rewards for accumulating new assets within the first five years.
