Manager Trainee - Premium Customers

Position Overview:

Join Avis Budget Group as a Manager Trainee – Premium Customers and embark on a high-impact career path. This hands-on, structured training program will prepare you to take on a leadership role managing premium customer operations, with a strong focus on efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete an intensive 8-week training program covering all operational and leadership aspects of the business.
• Transition into a supervisory role focused on managing the full rental experience for VIP customers—from check-out to check-in.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery while optimizing team productivity and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the Manager - Premium Customers to implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop frontline team members to meet company goals and maintain high service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply); 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership capabilities and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual a plus).
• Sharp organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
