What You’ll Do:

• In this outdoor, customer-facing role, you'll assist frequent, premium customers at airport rental locations. Responsibilities include:
• Processing rentals for loyalty program members
• Offering products and services
• Delivering exceptional service to enhance the customer’s travel experience

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Friendly and engaging personality with strong verbal communication
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexible with all shifts
• Ability to sit, stand, type for long periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Regular on-site attendance required (not a remote role)
• Bonus: 6+ months of retail/customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
