Fleet Operations Associate

What You’ll Do:

As a Fleet Operations Associate, you’ll move throughout the city as part of our Fleet Operations Team to ensure Zipcar vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for our members. You’ll get around by foot, bike, public transit, or a Zipcar, and take action to keep our cars "member-ready."

Your day-to-day may include:

• Cleaning vehicles and performing light maintenance
• Filling gas tanks and checking tire pressure
• Coordinating tows or vehicle repairs
• Relocating vehicles to ensure optimal availability

What Drives Success in This Role:

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tasks
• Clear and prompt communication with the operations team
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (per company standards)
• Ability to lift and carry tools and materials (up to 50 lbs.)
